Accelerated Year
It is the year for which a Royal Holiday Member has requested the acceleration of the corresponding Holiday Credits in accordance with the following definition.

Acceleration of Holiday Credits
Members can accelerate the use of their membership by requesting that the Holiday Credits corresponding to the last year of their Royal Holiday Membership be transferred to the current year for the purpose of exchanging such credits for lodging or other benefits. Being able to request acceleration of Holiday Credits is subject to compliance with and limited by the Operating Rules of the Club.

Accumulation of Holiday Credits
Accumulating Holiday Credits involves transferring them to the following year. The accumulation of Holiday Credits is subject to and limited by the Operating Rules of the Club.

Additional Holiday Credits
Are those Holiday Credits acquired by a Royal Holiday Member in addition to the Holiday Credits deposited annually to their account. The purchase of these Additional Holiday Credits is subject to the Operating Rules of the Club, taking into account its limitations.

Additions, Substitutions and Deletions
The Club has the right to add, substitute or remove Lodging Units or Other Benefits within the Club Program in accordance with and limited by the Operating Rules of the Club.

|
Affiliated Lodging Unit
A Lodging Unit for which the Club holds lodging rights on behalf of Royal Holiday Members and is located in any of the Affiliated Resorts of the Club.

|
Affiliated Resort
Is a resort participating in the Club Program in which the Club has acquired short-term lodging rights on behalf of its Members by virtue of a short-term lease or contract or other type of contractual agreement as established in the Club Program.

|
Amenities and Services
Means the facilities and services provided by the Club or each Affiliated Resort participating in the Club Program, as described in the Resort Guide, designed for benefit of Royal Holiday Members, their guests or regular users of these facilities and services.

Anniversary Date
The anniversary date for every Royal Holiday Membership is January 1st.

|
Annual Club Fee
The annual charge payable by Royal Holiday Members in order to meet the Club Program, as well as cover administrative and operative costs and expenses, as outlined in the Operating Rules of the Club.

Assessment
Any notification written by the Management Company to any Royal Holiday Member related to the Annual Fees or Special Assessments of the Club that are owed by the Member.
|
|
Assist Card
It is the integral travel assistance card, designed for setbacks like: medical emergencies, baggage protection and more.
|
|
